Customer Service Policy
PIPEd is committed to providing quality customer service and training to the Pipeline Industry. In the event that a scheduled course is postponed, all registered trainees (or personnel responsible for making the booking) will be notified prior to the scheduled session taking place. Availability of all existing registered trainees is taken into consideration when rescheduling a course that has been postponed. If a new date cannot satisfy a trainee who has previously registered for a course, PIPEd can transfer registration to alternative courses at trainee request, or provide a refund.
Refund Policy
Registrations can be cancelled up to 14 days prior to scheduled course commencement date without penalty, and trainees are offered the option of transferring to another scheduled course, or a refund. Registrations cancelled less than 14 days prior to scheduled course commencement may not be refunded. In the event of a course cancellation, trainees are also offered the option to attend a rescheduled event, transfer their registration to another PIPEd course, or a refund.
